The soutache detailing add such a charm to this 50s dress.  Lightweight navy blue cotton/linen blend.  The bodice and large patch pockets has a white soutache and rhinestone trim.  The halter strap is removable so the dress can be worn as a strapless style.  The skirt has a full, A-line silhouette.  Side metal zipper.
